Camsoda provides a platform for live interaction with models. You agree to follow these rules of conduct:

• No recording, capturing, or distributing live broadcasts without explicit permission.
• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal solicitation.
• Respect the boundaries set by the models in their respective rooms.
• Use of automated scripts or bots to access the site is strictly prohibited.

4. Tokens & Virtual Currency

Our platform utilizes a virtual currency system ("Tokens"). These tokens are used to tip models and unlock premium features. Tokens have no real-world monetary value outside of the Camsoda ecosystem and are non-refundable once purchased or used.

5. Billing & Privacy

All financial transactions are handled with strict confidentiality. Charges on your statement will appear under a discreet descriptor to protect your privacy. By purchasing credits, you authorize Camsoda or its payment processors to charge your selected method.

6. Intellectual Property

The Camsoda name, the "CAM SODA" logo, and all site design and software are the exclusive property of Camsoda. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Camsoda acts as a platform provider. We are not responsible for the personal conduct of models or users. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
